Hi my name is Teresa Davis, I originally moved to Tennessee in 1990 from Dayton, Ohio. I became a licensed real estate agent in May of 2006. That is when I came to work for Coldwell Banker as their property manager. At that time we had 5 properties, we have since managed as many as 300. Currently we manage 200 units for 78 different owners. I have a passion for property management and I take pride in my job.
